perfect location helpful staff great value missing drawers ceiling mold small elevator
the location is perfect. the tram stop is just around the corner. the staff were friendly and helpful from arrival. the value for money is great.
there were no drawers that open. there was black mold on the ceiling. the elevator is very small.

quick check-in friendly staff excellent location
The check-in was quick and easy. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in time. The staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and city attractions.
The elevator was quite small. It barely fit one person with luggage, presenting a minor inconvenience during peak times.

This hotel sits close to the city center, a short 10-15 minute walk. It is also next to the tram station, connecting you to the train station and other points of interest.. very convenient.

A buffet-style breakfast is available. Fresh bread, fruit, and yogurt were provided daily. Coffee and tea were readily available each morning. The coffee was particularly good, a nice way to start the day.

the desk staff was helpful. he held our bags before check-in. he suggested a good brunch.
the small elevator had a bad smell. it fits only one or two people.
